Eddy's Gravel Ride: Celebrate the G.O.A.T. on June 15, 2025
On 15 June 2025, we will kick off together for a special gravel ride in honour of the greatest cycling legend of all time: Eddy Merckx. Two days before the birthday of the Greatest of All, we will organise Eddy's Gravel Ride to celebrate the founder of our cycling brand in style.
A gravel adventure of 80 or 40 kilometres
During this gravel ride, we will take you on a carefully crafted 80-kilometre gravel route. There is also a possibility to shorten that route to 40 km. The start is planned at Belgian Cycling Factory, where the Eddy Merckx bikes are built. The route then leads you past some special locations for Eddy Merckx, and along some hidden gems.
Supplying and socialising afterwards
A great ride requires the right support. That is why we provide supplies along the way, so you always have enough energy. And after the ride, you can come to our grassy village for a snack and a drink to round off this high day in style.
In group or at your own pace
To ensure everyone enjoys the ride to the fullest, we leave in four waves. You can choose to ride with a group, but you also have the freedom to go at your own pace. The route is clearly signposted, and a GPX file is available.

What time: 8.30-09.00 hr: gathering and registration. Parking is possible on the BCF premises
From 9.15am: start wave 1, followed by the other three waves.
